Natal - cidade do sol!! / Sun city!!!

Bom Dia!!

Escrevemos hoje do Rio Grande do Norte! Estamos em Natal, conhecida como Cidade do Sol, pois, devido à sua condição geográfica próxima a linha do Equador, chega a ter dias COM ATÈ 15 horas de sol. Já teve dia que acordei e achei que estava atrasada, pois o sol já estava forte na janela, e eram APENAS 5:00 da manhã!

Chegamos aqui na quinta-feira após uma tranquila viagem desde Maceió.

Na sexta-feira acordamos por volta de 9 da manhã e às 10 já estávamos saindo para conhecer o maior Cajueiro do mundo, em Pirangi do Norte.  Em seguida curtimos bastante mais um dia de praia. Após o jantar, tivemos uma noite inesquecível na beira da praia: um luau, com frutas tropicais, música e muita diversão. Tivemos uma grande confraternização e dançamos durante horas! Comemoramos também os aniversários da viagem: Axur, Anna Lenna, Anne Sophie, Emma, Lea, Piotr, Vilma e Tifanny, e comemos TRÊS deliciosos bolos de chocolate!!!!

Ontem o dia foi de MUITA EMOÇÃO!! Fizemos um passeio de buggy pelas dunas da praia de Genipabu: todos simplesmente amaram, e ficaram impressionados com o tamanho das dunas e o tanto que a região é linda!

Daqui a pouquinho partimos para Salvador, mas como a viagem é muito longa vamos parar em uma cidade antes para dormir e descansar, e continuamos nossa viagem amanhã!

Diretamente de Natal, Rio Grande do Norte recebam nossas saudações nordestinas!!!

Good Morning!!

Today, we write from Rio Grande do Norte state!!!! Here we are, in Natal, capital city of this state and known as “Sun City”. Because of the geographic condition of the city, near the Ecuador line, some days here happens to have almost 15 hours of sun!! Sometimes we wake up thinking that we are really late because of the really strong sun outside, and when we check the time it is JUST 5:00 in the morning!!

We arrived here on Thursday, in the beginning of the afternoon.

On Friday we woke up at 9 in the morning and at 10 we went out to visit the biggest cashew tree in the world, “Cajueiro de Pirangi”. After we stayed at Pirangi beach to enjoy the sun! At night, after dinner, we had an unforgettable evening by the sea: a beach party with tropical fruits, music, stars in heaven and lot of fun!! We had a great party with a DJ and danced for hours!!! We also celebrated the birthdays of the trip: Axur, Anna Lenna, Anne Sophie, Emma, Lea, Piotr, Vilma e Tifanny! We ate THREE delicious chocolate cakes!!

Yesterday we had plenty of excitement: we did a buggy ride up and down the sand dunes of the Genipabu beach: everyone got impressed with the size of the sand dunes, and with the view over there!! It was really a special day!

In few minutes we are leaving for Salvador, but as we are really far from there, we will stop tonight to rest in a city on our way there, and tomorrow early we will continue our journey!
